立地と体験のコントラスト SAKEBARO中洲店は、福岡でも最も賑わう歓楽街・中洲の中心に位置しています。周囲にはクラブやラウンジ、キャバクラなどが立ち並ぶ中、そこに静かに佇むSAKEBAROは、雑踏の喧騒と完全に対照的な、深く静かな沈黙の空間を提供する場所です。一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間、まるで異世界に入り込んだような感覚になることが、この店舗の大きな特徴です。
Water Basin & Rain
The interior is composed to convey a dignified calm. At the front, as in our Nakameguro location, a shallow water basin is placed for arranging flowers. The basin is filled with water, and a mechanism lets droplets fall from above like rain. Rain meets the water’s surface; flowers float and reflect, evoking a scene of rainfall under moonlight. 店内の空間設計は凛とした印象を持たせており、正面には中目黒店と同様に、花を設置するための水盤が配置されています。その水盤には水が張られ、上部からは雨粒のように水滴が落ちてくるような仕掛けが施されています。水面に雨が当たり、そこに花が浮かび、反射し、月明かりの中に雨が降るような情景が表現されています。これは、自然の中に佇むような静謐な美しさを空間に取り込むための演出です。
Sake Cellar with Color-Variable Lighting
Behind the counter is a sake cellar that incorporates a shoji (paper-screen) design. This is not merely decorative—the interior functions as a refrigerated cellar, storing sake at appropriate temperatures with wine-level management standards. When the shoji-style doors open, a variety of sakes appears for guests to choose from.The cellar lighting offers multiple color options—vivid blue, monochrome, red—allowing the tone to shift with the atmosphere of the room or the nature of an event.
日本酒セラーと色可変照明
カウンターの奥には障子のデザインを取り入れた日本酒セラーがありますが、これは単なる見た目ではなく、実際に内部が冷蔵セラーとして機能しており、日本酒をワインと同様の管理レベルで適切な温度で保管しています。この障子型のセラーは、開けるとさまざまな日本酒が揃っており、その中から選んでいただくスタイルとなっています。 また、このセラーの照明にはカラーバリエーションがあり、鮮やかなブルーやモノクロ、赤など、空間の雰囲気やイベントに合わせて照明の色調を変更することができます。
U-Shaped Counter & Water Surface
The counter is U-shaped and paired with the same type of lighting used at the Aoyama location, creating a relaxed composition. With ample space, it is a room where guests can enjoy their drinks in calm.
The counter design is also distinctive, conceived to appear like a “water surface.” Glass is laid across the countertop, with sheets of pewter set beneath. If it were mirror-finish glass alone, edges would reflect too sharply; by placing pewter underneath, the reflection softens slightly, creating the illusion that a glass is set upon the surface of water. It yields a curious scene in which glasses and vessels seem to float.
コの字カウンターと水面 カウンターはコの字型になっており、青山店で使用されている照明と同様のタイプが組み合わされていて、ゆったりとした構成になっています。広さにも余裕があるため、落ち着いてお酒を楽しんでいただける空間です。
カウンターのデザインも特徴的で、「水面」のように見えることを意識して作られています。カウンターの表面にはガラスが張られ、その下には錫の板が敷かれています。鏡面ガラスだけだと輪郭が強く映り過ぎてしまいますが、錫の板を敷くことで反射がやや鈍くなり、あたかも水面の上にグラスが置かれているような錯覚を生み出します。グラスや酒器が浮かび上がるような、不思議な光景が体験できます。
Pewter-Finished Facade & Hidden Door
The street-facing facade is another hallmark. The exterior wall is finished by a plaster artist using custom pewter; from the front, a silver-like pewter wall spreads across the building. No entrance is visible—entry is gained by pressing a concealed door. This composition creates a “hideaway” effect that clearly separates the interior from the liveliness outside. 錫壁と隠し扉 店舗の正面外壁にも特徴があります。左官作家による特注の錫を用いた壁面仕上げが施されており、正面から見ると銀色のような錫の壁が広がっています。その壁には入口が見当たらず 、実際には隠し扉を押すことで入店するという構造になっています。これにより、外の賑わいと一線を画した、「隠れ家」のような演出がなされています。
