Following our Tokyo and Fukuoka locations, this fourth store marks a new chapter for SAKEBARO — a flagship space that deepens our pursuit of delivering sake not merely as a drink, but as a profound cultural experience. Designed to evoke the quiet spirit of Edo and Momoyama periods, the space invites you to step away from the everyday and into a world where silence, shadow, and sake speak together. As we enter our 10th year, we are honored to begin this new journey in Kyoto and look forward to sharing meaningful moments with you here. 本日4月8日、京都・白川の静かな路地裏に、SAKEBARO HIGASHIYAMAがオープンいたしました。東京、福岡に続く4店舗目であり、これまでSAKEBAROが大切にしてきた「空間としての日本酒体験」をさらに深化させた、フラッグシップとも言える場所です。江戸や桃山の時代を思わせるような静けさと光の演出の中で、日本酒を通じて心の深い部分に触れるような時間を過ごしていただけたら嬉しいです。10年目の節目に、京都という新たな舞台で、皆さまとまた新しい体験を共有できることを心から楽しみにしています。
